Why an export minute is cheap
Every piece of a render is stored by what went into it. Re-export a cut where you moved one clip and everything else is copied straight through instead of being encoded again. The second version of a video costs a fraction of the first, so the teams who iterate most are the ones we can afford to charge least.
Questions
Do you charge per collaborator?
Only for editors. Anyone who uploads or edits is a seat on Studio. Reviewers and clients are free and unlimited on every plan, including Free.
Can clients review without an account?
Yes. Send a share link. They click, watch, and comment. No sign-up required.
What happens if I hit the storage limit?
Uploads pause. Nothing is deleted, and everything already there stays readable. Move up a plan, add an editor on Studio for another 2 TB, or clear out old projects.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your workspace goes read-only for 90 days so you can download everything, and we email you before the window closes. Nothing is deleted while it is open.
